Welcome to The Style Lounge No.1. By booking an appointment or purchasing any service from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both our clients and our team.
To reduce no-shows and late cancellations, phone calls are for enquiries only. All appointments require a deposit and can be booked online via our booking portal.
For certain treatments, such as colour services, toner, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure this is completed on time.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a required patch test has not been completed.
We kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and may need to reschedule.
Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and valid gift vouchers.
All payments are securely processed via our salon software provider (SalonIQ).
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Lost or expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended.
All new clients – or returning clients who haven’t visited in over 3 months – are required to have a patch test for treatments involving tint, colour, or chemicals.
If you fail to attend a patch test, your appointment may be cancelled for your safety.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Children are welcome in the salon if supervised, but we ask that you consider the relaxing environment for all clients.
Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or in salon.
